Support is provided only to verified customers who have purchased the product legitimately. Proof of purchase may be required before assistance is provided.

Our products may receive updates, improvements, and bug fixes over time. We actively work to resolve reported issues and improve the stability and performance of our maps and props whenever possible.

However, updates are provided at our discretion and we are not obligated to provide updates indefinitely or for the lifetime of the product.
